I ordered 110 volt valve. I was shipped a 9 volt DC valve. The person kept telling me to just use a transformer or find a way to make it work with 9 volts. That was not an option in my application. After a lot of frustrating back and forth they agreed to ship me the 110 volt valve I had ordered. Over a month has gone by and still nothing. They send me a tracking # showing delivered but it went to some other state and is not even my order. I enquired again and now they're showing me the tracking number of the original delivery of the wrong part from almost 2 months ago and stating look it's proof it was delivered. This is beyond frustrating, I'm out my money and time and have nothing.
